KidsClub Manager

  • Salary: Band 5 Points 19 – 22 (£32,061 – £33,699 before pro rata) pay award pending
  • Contract: Permanent (subject to 6 month probationary period)
  • Working Pattern: Part time (2pm – 6pm during term time plus 2pm – 6pm during holiday clubs which run in October half term, February half term, 1 week in Easter holidays, 2 weeks at Whit holiday and first 3 weeks of summer holidays).  There may be some degree of flexibility in the hours of the role please get in touch to discuss.
  • Annual Leave: 8 bank holidays plus 25 or 30 days annual leave depending in length of service/continuous service.  Some leave must be taken during school closures.
  • Required: from 1st September 2026
  • Closing Date: Monday 8th June 2026 at 9.00am
  • Interviews: Week commencing 15th June – TBC

The Role:

As KidsClub Manager you will be responsible for managing the team, planning and organising a safe, high quality learning environment for all our children who attend Breakfast Club, After School Club and Holiday Clubs.  The main aspects of this role are:

  • Ensuring a high standard of care for all children in the club.
  • Supervision of and support to the team members within the club and implementing high standards of quality practices.
  • The day-to-day management of the club including quality improvement and administration.
  • To promote the high standards of the club at all times to parents, staff and visitors.
